871w WPA EAP Local Auth.

Has anyone ever gotten the 871w to perform WPA with Local EAP auth.? I tried to use the Cisco doc but it was of little help.

If you have this working can you please share a config.

ok, i configured on and it is working.

this config is from my lab setup so watch out with radio power settings.

however the config has 2 ssid networks, one home (guest mode) with wep enc. and one work with wpa and radius authentication.

watch out when you configure the client. the client nw-card needs to be configured for WPA with LEAP/EAP or whatever you use.

i configured mine (cisco wlan card) with WPA/LEAP with automatic user promting.

Can any give me a heads up with configuring a 851w w/ simple wep encryption. I am using the 851W at home and having tuff time connecting wireless with my laptop. If I take security off I can access internet however not clean, red x threw XP's wireless detector. I see no spot for wep key to be enterned or mac address. Any help would be so so great, thanks guys....!
