We have 1200 Series Wireless Access Points and the authentication is being done with BlueSSO RADIUS Authentication.
since last few months, we are facing that the machines / laptops are not provided with the IP address intended, instead they show 169.x.x.x ip address which is a default ip address of machines (when left unconfigured).
In the error logs we can only see the authentication not successfully. This is not an authentication issue as the very next moment if user tries again he will get connected.
Please suggest / advise if anything to be done OR the direction in which the troubleshooting should be done.
