ACU Client Cannot Access Wireless LAN Adapter

I trying to configure a new wireless adapter (802.11a/b/g Carbus Adapter) but went i install the driver i receive the fallowing messagen from the client "Client Cannot Access Wireless LAN Adapter" if anyone resolve that problem please help me, thanks.

The OS is Windows XP with all service pack installed.
