AIR-CT2504-5-K9 with AIR-CAP1602I, disconnecting clients when receive/transmit traffic

Hello.

We have three AIR-CAP1602I-x-K9 that work with controller AIR-CT2504-5-K9, with IOS 7.4.110.0.

The problem is this: when any of the connected clients begins to transmit / receive traffic (eg file download), it immediately begins to lose network pings go with a very long delay until the gap and the transmission is halted. The client then connects again and the situation repeats itself. As customers use different laptops and other mobile devices, which when tested were in direct line of sight from the access point at a distance of 3 meters, signal is excellent.

Please tell me what could be the problem?

Hi Nikolay.

First check the port setting of WLC and Swicth. Both should be full duplex.

Paste the output of this command to find out the exact cause,

debug client <MAC address>;

physical link controller is able to full duplex 1000Mbps, without errors.

Re: AIR-CT2504-5-K9 with AIR-CAP1602I, disconnecting clients whe

You may need to put this output in a text file and attach it to your next response.
