Installed aironet 350 on IPAQ, current drivers. Associates with AP340 & DHCP states IP given (verified by mac). still cannot access anything from IPAQ (IE) or mail. No ping to test connectivity? Am I missing something or will Aironet 350 not work with AP340 or IPAQ?

I use a 350 on my iPAQ 3635 with no problems. At first I had the same problem as you and I fixed it by writing the WEP key via a laptop instead of the PDA. I suggest that you use vxUtil to see and set ip http://www.cam.com/windowsce.html
