Aironet 350 AP does not work with Symbol wireless LAN card

my cisco 350 AP cannot associate with Symbol wireless cards. I already tried checking the Non Aironet part in the config for AP.

What wireless card from symbol are you using? I currently have the Spectrum 24 cards talking to 350 AP's without any problems. Is this a problem with a single Cisco AP or all of them?

I am also using Spectrum 24 card. This is with all Cisco APs.
