Aironet 350 Failure after IOS conversion - No FPGA file!

I used the browser to perform the full upgrade to IOS using this image "AP350-Cisco-IOS-Upgrade-Image-v2.img".

After a couple of minutes, the browser return a message indicating the upgrade was complete and instructing me to click on a link to go back the setup page. I clicked on the link but nothing happened. I ended up rebooting the AP.

The following is what I see after reboot. Please help.
