Aironet 350 pci cards losing connectivity to aironet 1200 aps

I have two labs that are using windows xp and have aironet 350 cards in them. There are 3 1200 access points in the room. It seems as if these machines are losing connectivity to the aps and the only way to reconnect is to reboot the machine, and this take 3 or 4 times.
