Hi,

In a netware of 125 DHCP users I have a AIR-AP1231G-A-K9 instaled, it is working fine, however, when I try to install more than five wireless customers I have some problems, thing is, the sixth user does not receive ip address and anyone else receive any ip address (wireless),but, the network icon says the wireless signal is excellent.

can you help me please.

Where are you getting DHCP from? Do you have a helper address on the switch? Try doing DHCP on the AP and see if the issue goes away. I've had at least 30 people connected to 1 AP before without issue.

Have you checked the VLAN information on the switch and router to make sure that the IP range and subent are big enough? Also check your DHCP server, if you're using one, to make sure that the addresses are available.
