AP HWIC Will Not Transmit

Hey There Folks,

I have a 3845 router with an AP HWIC installed. The module doesn't seem to transmit any signal. I'm not picking up a thing. Below is what I have configured. I made it real basic; nothing fancy like my 1200 series AP's have on them. I figured these modules would be a cinch to get working, but I'm not having any luck. Plus, the second dot11radio interface is showing reset and down if I do a "sh ip int br"; not for sure why that's happening either. Maybe my module is faulty or something? This implementation should have been pretty simple.
