I recently did a conversion of 125 AP's, both 1231's, 1121's and 1242's this past month.
The problem is I have about 10 that didn't get joined to the controller. It seems like a SSC issue but i'm not sure because I see the ssc on the controller. I tried to go back to autonomous mode so I could run the upgrade tool again but that didn't seem to work.

I don't believe it's an AP manager IP error because I can convert other autonomous AP's fine.
