You need more info than that.

What is your settings to your AP?  Autonomous or controller-based AP?

Have you tried using OPEN authentication?

ap is configure lighweight.

it using authentication wpa+psk

Configure your SSID for open authentication.

Make sure the Apple clients can connect and start cranking up the security and encryption until you break it.

sorry to mention earlier, this problem is not always happen. usually it happen randomly on one or two laptop per week.

Before the issue happen, user able connect to wireless without problem, when the issue happen user not able connect to cisco ap but able connect to ruckus ap. it need one or two day to be able connect back to cisco ap

since it able connect to the wireless before and after one or two day the issue occur, admin not allow configure SSID as open authentication

What radio is this issue happening?  802.11b?

You really need to provide more info... post your show wlan   Also, is the devices not getting an ip address or they are?  What have you looked at so far as far as troubleshooting.?

Thanks,

Scott
