Hi Community.
We have tomorrow an event where 250 concurrent Mobile users uses our Wlan Environment. We have 6 AP's in the conference room and 1 WLC. All AP's are in Flexconnect mode. Are there some hints to accomplish this.
Kind Regards patrick

Just make sure the power isn't set too low. Also disable the lower data rates if possible if all the APs are in the same room. I would only leave one or two AP's with 11mbps enabled to allow for older B clients. If you dont want to support 802.11b clients, then disable all the rates from 11mbps and below on both the 2.4 and 5ghz.

Not really. You didn't provide us with much info other than the number of users.
You didn't tell us what the AP model is, the WLC model. What is the Uplink to your AP and your WLC? Why is your APs in FlexConnect? What data rates are enabled and disabled? How big is the venue?
Besides, won't make any difference if the event is happening tomorrow. There's no time to analyze your information and formulate a plan.
