Ask - Maximum Concurrent User on Cisco DPC 3828

Hi all,

I want to ask what's the maximum capacity of Cisco modem DPC 3828 Docsis 3.0? I already browsed through the datasheet and user manual, but found no hint on their maximum capacity. Currently I'm using Cisco modem DPC 2100, but I intend to upgrade the modem, because recently the modem often restarts. I suspect it is because of the max concurrent user. The datasheet of DPC2100 said it supports 64 max users, while in my office, there's around 70 computer connected.
