blocked AP 1200

Hello to all:

I have a AP1200 to which upgraded the IOS to Release 12.2.13-JA3, but was a problem and the update was not completed correctly, after that the AP remains blocked, the status LED always is green and is no way to connect itself to the AP, I upgrade it again using a TFTP and works, the problem well is that when I turn off and turn on the AP again it is blocked. Somebody can help me?

A blocked association means that the client is blocked from associating to the AP by either MAC address, EAP, LEAP or WEP.

Check for any misconfiguration of Authentications.
