Can a 350 Aironet card cause Windows to crash at stop error: 0x00000000?
Users reported various Toshiba Tecra 8100, IBM T30s, and a couple of different models of Dell laptops with Windows 2000, SP3. Intermittently, after Windows startup, past LEAP authentication and Windows will crash with stop error: 0x00000000 (0x00000000,0x00000000,0x00000000,0x00000000) occur. Is this Windows 2000 registry corruption? Does Cisco latest ACU fix this particular problem?
Re: Can a 350 Aironet card cause Windows to crash at stop error:
No, there is no sniffer apps installed ... There are few ThinkPad T30s and Dell laptop also have the same problem. Now I am wondering Windows 2000 registry problem. Our desktop support group are not ready to roll out windows xp yet. Maybe when desktop support ordered these new laptops and have distributor change from windows xp back to windows 2000 cause registry problem??
