Can't reboot aironet 1200

AP 1200 doesnot boot up. When I tried to boot it up, it gives the following error: "The system unable to boot automatically because there are no bootable files to boot." Than it displays the software version of the AP and Cisco contact info. After display information the AP is hung up on ap: Has anybody encountered this problem? Please help.

Thanks,

Khurshid Khan

Hi Khurshid,

Sounds like the firmware is either missing or corrupted.

You will need to RMA the AP so please contact the TAC.
