Can we use 1100 AP to connect 802.11b and 802.11g clients simultaneously? and which Client adaptor supports 802.11g standard? Please answer to my query its urgent.

If the 1100 you bought has a 802.11g then it would support .11b and .11g clients simultenouly. If the Ap 1100 was bought with a .11b module then you need to upgrade with a .11g modulte to support .11g clients. Cisco has started the shipment of 11.g modules for APs and not the client cards. But you can buy 11g client card made by Netgear, Intell ...
