I cannot access the web gui on 2 of 141 Ap1200's(ios) that we have. The only thing different that I see is when I browse to the AP and get the logon screen the level acces is level 15. On the AP the I can get to the GUI the level access is 1. I can ping and telnet to the problematic AP's. I have rebooted and still same problems.

I had a similar thing happen after upgrading to IOS from VXWorks. I was able to use the link below to get things working again:

Check if your ethernet interface is up/down. If down, please verify your duplex and speed are set to auto on the device the interface is connected to.
