CAS 4.0.0 Sever DHCP Issue

I am having an issue with DHCP on our CAS 4.0.0 server.  I need to expire a DHCP lease or remove it because the device is going to use a reserved IP address.  The challenge I am having is that this device is an Apple IPad and apparently these devices do not play well with DHCP servers.  The customer is insisting that the only option they have is to renew a DHCP lease not release and then renew.  All other devices we are setting up with reserved IP are working as expected its just the Apple IPad giving us trouble.  The question is "Is there a way to manually remove or expire a DHCP lease on the CAS server?"
