CB21AG-A-K9 will not start

This card will not start a code 10 appears I have a green activity light but will not start, i have updated the drivers. In the resources section no IRQ as been assigned

You may get this error if the card itself is faulty. Did you try this card on other laptops. Try using it with other laptop. If it still fails to come up you have to get the Client cards replaced.
