When inserted Intel wireless 5000 cardbus into Cisco 1200 access point emty slot, 1200AP has reloaded, but not find new hardware. Perhaps, third vendors 802.11a cards can not use in Cisco Ap's? And we must wait Cisco hardware releases?

Cisco 1200 AP is designed to support a Cisco AP interface 802.11a cardbus, not a generic 802.11a client card. You will neither be able to use Cisco 802.11a client card in the AP-1200.

OK, what common type of cardbus adapters is compatible for this slot? Purposes? Therefore, we cannot use this slot until Cisco Systems release 802.11a card?

That's true for any AP using a PCMCIA or CardBus card. An Orinoco AP will not accept other manufacturer's cards either.
The only exception are a few PRISM-based APs that will take any card with the same chip set - but that's only 802.11b, not .11a.
There's no way to put a 'generic'/3rd party .11a card in an AP it wasn't built for, sorry.
