Hello Guys,
I need some serious help, please!
I'm having a heck of a issue getting my 3 AIR-SAP-1602I-A-KP (Standalone) device to work with my WLC 2504
I was told by Cisco that the standalone version will also work with controllers, but i cant get them to join the WLC.
I can ping each AP from the WLC and vise versa.
Ideas Please?

You will need to convert your APs to run controller-based IOS before the APs can join the WLC.
This process is easy. Go to the Cisco website and download the file with the "rcv" in the filename. Un-pack the TAR file into the AP and let the AP boot this IOS and you should be fine.
