Means that 14 of the AP's are not joining. You'll need to do a "floor walk" and find out which AP's LED are flashing. When you find them, console into the AP's (Username/Password: Cisco) and type in the following command:

lwapp ap controller ip address

Does this help?

I'm sure this has been figured out by now, but just in case it hasn't, or the solution was unclear, you probably only have one of the controller's gigabit interfaces plugged in, or you don't have enough ap-managers configured. For more than 48 APs, you need more than one link connected. If you are using LAG, you should be all set with one ap-manager. If you are not using LAG, you need to connect at least two ports for 62 APs, and you will need a second ap-manager IP address configured.

Regards,

Scott
