Hi Guys,
Anyone knows what's the difference of AIR-ANT2422DB-R and AIR-ANT4941? Thanks for any input.

I think the 4941 replaces the 2422DB-R
The specs are identical
here are the specs for the 2422
http://www.wlanmall.com/aironet-dipole-antenna-rptnc-connect-p-469.html
and the 4941

thanks! I also found their specs are same, since 4941 is not following cisco's naming convention for antenna, but 2422 follows, so I think they use 2422 to replaces 4941 just to make the product name reflecting its real spec, but they are the same thing

Hi Bo,
Pretty interesting question :) The 2422 comes in three colors (Gray,Black and White) also note in the docs that the grey version is "non-articulating".
The 2422 is also recommended for use with the new 1250AP and the 4941 is not.
For the new 1250AP
AIR-ANT2422DG-R= 2.4-GHz 2.2 dBi Gray Straight Dipole Ant RP-TNC

Hope this helps!

thanks, Rob.
yes, 2422 is new model, the grey version 2422 is recommended for 1250. I think 4941 will be EoS soon.
