I have a question about Cisco Prime 2.1 and the AP Orientation/Azimuth details. As far as the way the AP works with the my understanding is that it has no bearing other than map detail stuff. However so that I have the closest heat map info I would like to make the correct settings.
My question is with this lets say that I have an AP on a desk that is 4 ft above the ground and facing towards the ceiling. This is because where it is, is just for testing. On the azimuth how would I set that and on the elevation do I need to change that to down or up? I am also using a 3600i so there are more options than what this picture shows.
