we have a special SSID that uses a full email type address for authentication (eg firstname.lastname@example.org). This works fine on our WiSM (model WS-SVC-WISM-1-K9), and clients authenticate as expected. However, on any AP that is joined to our WiSM2 (model WS-SVC-WISM2-K9), authentication fails without even reaching our ACS. So it seems the WiSM2, for some reason, isn't passing the username when a "@" symbol is used (if you remove the @company.com, clients authenticate fine, but this is not how we would like the SSID to function).
