Client connecting to another SSID while roam to another AP

I have a few client devices that will connect to another ssid when the client switches AP's. As an example our CIO's iPhone is connected to eduroam while in his office, but in the confrence room, the iPhone connects to otu faculty/staff ssid. Has anybody seen this? What is the cause and is ther a fix? Or is this an Apple OS issue.

Well there is nothing you can do if you allow a device to have multiple wireless profiles. Some devices work better than others, but in the end, the device will decide what SSID it will connect to. Your best bet is to only have one SSID profile on the device for your wireless network.
