Client keeps loosing connection

Our office have a client/computer dedicated to streaming internetradio, and that is all it does.

But for some reason, the client have alot of fall outs.

We have 1 WLC 2504 and 2 AIR-LAP1041N-E-K9 (image 7.4.110.0)

The debug for the client (00:22:fa:b4:6b:20) + DHCP gives me this:

Your issue for the dropouts, may be related to the fact that you have user and session idle timeouts set

Session Timeout.................................. 1800 seconds

User Idle Timeout................................ 300 seconds

Try removing these two parameters and see if that PC still has an issue, also it may be worthwhile doing a packet capture on the PC itself to see what is happening. Could be a PC related issue

Those are default timers. You can set the session timer to 0, but your idle timer you can't set to infinity. You should enable passive client, but it will warn you to also enable multicast. I would enable passive client. Then I would also look at the client device on the monitor tab and see if you see the device in the RUN state and if you see the idle timer counting down or not. This way you can see the session timer decrementing and if the device goes idle, the idle timer also decrementing.
