Hi,

I have a problem with my wireless network were the client can connect using WEP to the AP's but they are not being assigned an ip Address from the DHCP pool on the core switch. I have looked in the logs on the eight AP's and cannot see any errors can anybody help with this?

Thanks

Kev

Is the ap's lwap or IOS? Verify that spanning-tree (vlan for the users) is forwarding all the way to the core.

The AP's are ios.

Spanning tree is forwarding all the way to the core.

Cheers

You have the ip-helper configured on you l3? Also what you can do is configure a switch port for that vlan and plug a laptop into that to verify if dhcp is working or not.
