Data enccryption between two bridges over Wireless bridge

I have have two point to point wireless bridges between my corporate building and warehouse my question is, if the data thats being transmitted between the building is encrypted or clear text. if clear text can it be encrypted? The bridges are cisco AIR-BR1310G-A-K9-R and software Version 12.3(2)JA4, RELEASE SOFTWARE.

You can configure the link to use encryption between the 2 bridges. There are probably better docs out there.
