How can I make my repeater stay authenticated? When this happens I cannot get to it to program it or debug the network.

Since you have not mentioned any products, generally the timeout period without any activity is set to particular time, this is a security feature.I dont think you can disable this.

I have the same problem with a set of 350 bridges, root to non root, everynight the same message "Deauthenticating 004096556584, reason "Inactivity
TAC says lower the default timeout values under "Association / Advanced"
