Can I use a AP as dhcp server ?

No. Ap is just a layer 2 device. Think of AP as an ethernet hub. You will have to setup a DHCP server and connect it on wired side.

If you think of Cisco AP, you are obviously wrong. A modern AP is far different from what you called ethernet hub.
