I can not figure out why I am unable to get the Aironet to authenticate the with the Dhcp server.
Here is where I stand
I am able to ping the router from the Dhcp.
Pc's are able to authenticate with the Aironet 1130 but, are not getting assigned ip address from the dhcp server.
configuration on the Aironet for Dhcp
ip dhcp pool Gwireless
network 10.72.X.X 255.255.255.0 (Dhcp server is on)
default-router 192.168.X.X (router that the Dhcp server and the Aironet Device is connected to)
dns-server 4.2.2.2
option 60 ascii "Cisco AP c1130"
Dhcp Configuration-
Scope [192.168.X.X] Gwireless
scope option
241 Option 43 Cisco Aironet 1130 AP 192.168.X.X (location of the aironet)

Errrr ... this should be the IP addresses the WAPs are suppose to have.06-09-2010 07:55 AM
The wireless WAP is on its own Vlan. I do not want it to be on the same Vlan as our network.
I have the routers interface setup into its own Vlan.
The WAP is a visitors wireless access point for internet access only.
Are you saying this WAP is unable to support it?
