Difference between the AP-4800-B and AP4800-E?

Hi,

I was hoping to get some assistance in differentiating between the 4800-B and 4800-E.

I noticed in a posting below that states:

"The 4800 had two models. The 4800, and the 4800b. If you have a B model is it identical to the Cisco 340 series. If you have the orgional 4800 model, it is NOT the same as the Cisco 340. An easy way to tell the difference. Is there a green power switch on the Access Point? If YES, this is the older 4800 model. If no, then it is the 4800B and the same as a 340... "

What about the AIR-AP4800-E ?

Is this the same as the 340 series or is it an older model? Is it still IEEE 802.11B complient if it is the older model? Does 4800-E come w/ the rubber ducky antennas?

Thank you very much for your assistance!

Mike

My AP4800-E took the 340 firmware upgrade without a hitch so I’m sure it’s the 340 architecture with the rubber antennas and all.
