HI all,
Does AE3000 3X3 MIMO Wireless USB client card support Cisco 1262 Access point and 3600 Cisco (4X4 MImo)?
• Selectable 3x3 Dual Band 2.4/5Ghz – 450 Mbps
• Cisco Connect Style Setup
• Cradle Base
• WPS (soft) push button and pin support
Cisco 3600 Access point
• 4x4 multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) with three spatial streams
• Maximal ratio combining (MRC)
Cisco 1262 Access point
2x3 multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) with two spatial streams
• Maximal ratio combining (MRC)
Thank you in advance

It will work. Many prefer an internal because USB tend to break off:). It will work though.

Yes... clients can be a 1,2 or 3 spatial stream and they will still be able to connect. Doesn't really matter if the client and or AP's have different numbers of transmitter or receivers. That just tells you what might be the max throughput they will be able to achieve.
Thanks,
Scott

Lol .. I need to put Csc down while at the bar ..
I mean I'm not sold on USB with 3 streams. Internal cards are the way to go .. Just my 2 cents ..

Please let me know whether this works fine, because I'm totally confused now, I have chatted with cisco "Live Help Guy" was telling that this USB adpater does not support.
George, I don't have provision for internal wireless NIC card, because the Client is the a Retailer Machines in airport. which is having only the USB provision.
I have purchase more than 50 numbers for my retailers in airport.

If you are using these for pos devices it will work. If you wanted maximize the 3 streams you're better with an internal card..
