I have been battling this problem for a few weeks. I think I fixed it with the wpa2 patch from Microsoft.

I do recall having seen a similar case with Cisco350's where there was a NIC driver issue. Have you confirmed that this client has the latest drivers?

Absolutely. Go to Intel and get the latest drivers.

That reference to "60 Seconds" means that if the AP sees another MIC failure of that type within 60 seconds, it will shut down the radios for a while.

That feature of the standard can be configured, but I don't remember the command.

Good Luck

Re: DOT11-3-TKIP_MIC_FAILURE_REPEATED - PEAP with 1131AG and Int

I had a batch of 350s go bad, they would tkip no matter the driver/firmware. Only these select few would do it. Took them out of the environment and all is good..

Should note that TKIP mic errors can also be caused by RF. I only put this in for anyone else who searchs for this error message and sees the messages across the board on a high number of nics.

Is that mean you are using WPA2 Network authentication? Or the patch work with WAP?

Thanks,
