This is attributed to ethernet traffic coming in faster than it can get across link due to link being bad.
I strongly suspect that you have bad antenna cables, bad antennas, or misaligned antennas. You need to check the cable, antenna alignment. Also, can you run a carrier busy test? And a signal strength test under Diagnostics? This will check
