Environmental specs on Aironet AP1100

This is the thing.

I need to connect 150 PCs in a new building which is 25 mts away, those 150 are in the same floor.[How many AP's (aironet350) should I use for those 150? Considering that all those 150 could be in use at the same time.I cannot use wires for this.

Now, I want to use a pair of AP1100, to make a backbone of 54(11g) [Could I use 2 backbones of 54? Will I need 4 AP1100s for that?]. Then, another issue here is environment, I cannot locate the ap in the main building inside (I still do not know why, but they want the ap outside the building), Will the ap1100 support the outdoor environment (rain, dust, etc.?)

So, which are your recommendations? Thank you very much to anyone.

A site survey should be done to find out the appropriate number of APs required to cover your building. A good number of associations per AP at any point of time is usually 20-40 users. (Theoretically 54 Mbps shared by 40 users would give rougly above 1.4Mbps to each user).
