ETSI: 4 non overlaping channels?

Hi!

I´ve been looking for wireless non overlaping channels and I have always found the FCC squema. I can see that there are 11 channels with 3 non overlaping channels and two free space bands (between 3-4 and 8-9 channels).

I ve been thinking about it, becouse in ETSI rules we have 13 channels. If we use the free space in FCC rule (3-4 8-9) and we work with two extra channels (12, 13)¿¿would be possible that we can work with 4 non-ovelapp channels (1, 5, 9 and 13)????

No, you must have 5 channels "space" between the next none overlaping channel.

1.6.11 or

2.7.12 or

3.8.13

you have always 3 none overlaping channels.
