Yes you can.
Once the AP has joined the controllers you can specify the primary, secondary and tertiary controllers. You can do this via CLI or GUI.

AP's join another WLC because they lost connectivity with the one it was assigned to. RRM has nothing to do with this. Your better off setting the primary, secondary and tertiary WLC on the AP if your WLC's are on the same mobility group. Also make sure AP fallback is enabled if you want the AP to return to it's primary WLC.

Yes I have done this before, but as time goes by APs change from one controller to another.
Is this caused by RRM AP's power changes ?

you may do that by adding a dhcp option 43 to the dhcp scope for APs. This dhcp option 43 is a hex value of the WLC IP Address where you want to link the AP to.
search google for ip address to hex value convertor and guidelines on how to write that hex value in the dhcp scope.
