In the overview section of 12.3(7)JA
Config Guide AP 1200 there is a feature
mentioned called Frame Monitor Mode.
Does anybody know how to configure/use
it ?

The frame monitor mode is nothing but the AP Scanner mode. This mode will perform frame monitoring. For more information on this mode read http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/wireless/ps430/products_configuration_guide_chapter09186a00804ef3e3.html#wp1052834
