I am installing a BR-350s in a NEMA 4X box at the top of a 100' concrete pole. Does the bridge case, which is metal, need to be gounded by a separate cable, or is that provided in the in-line powered ethernet cabling?
The release notes for the 350 (http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/wireless/airo_350/accsspts/ap350rn/rn1108t1.htm) say that external antennas should be grounded to meet NFPA 70, National Electrical Code, Article 810. This should also apply to the metal box for the 350. Check with the box manufacturer or Cisco to be sure.
