Hai all,

who have experience about Lobby Ambasador on WLC?

after Lobby Ambassador create/generate account for Guest User, can we print out each Guest User Account? so we can give the hardcopy about they wireless account.

all, please advice..

Hi,

printing of guest accounts is only included in WCS/NCS, not in the WLC itself.

others question are :

- so if we have WCS or NCS, we only create Lobby Ambassador account on WCS/NCS right? we don't need to create lobby ambassador on WLC ?

Hi Leonardus,

you cannot print guest accounts directly from a WLC, so if you have a NCS available I would recommend to do it there.

And right, you only need to setup the lobby ambassador accounts on NCS, not on the WLC as well - NCS will push the guest user credentials via SNMP to the controller(s).
