How can i downgrade the IOS - Access Point 1230AG

I have a AP1230AG with IOS 13.2(7) LWAPP. I can not enter the global configuration mode, I have no idea why?? I read the instruction to install AP1230AG with several simple command lines. I wonder that the IOS not allow to enter global mode?? if so how can i solve the problem? can i downgrade the IOS and by how??

I am appreciate all of your advices.

Btw I would recommend that you use 12.3(7)JA2 or the just-posted 12.3(8)JA. You will need to use the MODE button TFTP method to put autonomous IOS onto your AP.
