Hi all, I am a new in AP Cisco AIR-SAP1602E-E-K9. I have configured my AP recently. Because my place have many user access to my AP. So it take slowly for my internet connection line. To prevent this issue. My idea is that, I will block some user that connect to my AP. So how can I block it on my AP by MAC address. Please teach me.

Enable mac filtering allow only the MAC you want to connect and the remaining ones would be rejected.

one more thing,
I just want to block some user that I dont like them to access my AP.
these users I known MAC address of them.
But, if having new user ,I don't want to block.

I found Services: Filters - MAC Address Filters. item.
I also added a MAC address to block .
but user still connect to internet as normail.
althought I save configuration and reboot my AP.
Please help.
