Hi all,
I am a newbie about Cisco wireless.
I would like to ask some questions. How can I change the Registered Controller on the AP when my network has 1400APs and we have 8 different mobility groups and each group has 4 WLC controllers.
I set primary controller name and secondary controller name and after that I reboot it but the AP didn't communicate with primary controller which I set it before. It communicated with another WLC in different mobility group.
When I reboot the AP why does it communicate with other WLC? what do I need to do to fix this problem.
All name of mobility groups are correct. All APs of floor registered to correct controller (Primary controller which I set) but only one AP registered with different controller (not primary nor secondary) and different mobility groups so that the user in that area complainted that they got limited connection when moving
