Hello. I'm looking for "best practice" documentation on how to setup a AP1200 into a "non-root bridge".

If possible, please provide links to assist. Thanks in advance for your help. Cheers!

Hi Nick,

Have you checked out this doc:

Access Point as a Workgroup Bridge Configuration Example

Here is the link:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/wireless/ps4570/products_configuration_example09186a00805b9b87.shtml

Hope this helps!

Rob, I appreciate your assistance. However, I require information on configuration of a AP1200 as a "non-root bridge", not a workgroup bridge (WGB). Cheers!

Hi Nick,

Sorry about that! There is almost no documentation on converting a 1200 AP into a non-root bridge. Here is everything I could find that might help:

Configuring the Role in Radio Network

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/wireless/ps430/products_technical_reference_chapter09186a0080225228.html#wp1008175

You may want to contact your SE and see if they have any internal documentation that they can pass along.

Hope this helps!
