How to delete unexpired licenses for 2504 WLC

I mistakenly gave a controller 2 licenses when 1 was needed (need 7 in total). I had licensing rehost both. I am not able to download the 1 license for my WLC in question. I enabled the eval and rebooted. I am still not able to delete the original 8 to download 7th adder. Any ideas?

Hi Robert,

You cannot delete unexpired evaluation licenses, the permanent base image license, or licenses that are in use by the controller.
