I cant see LAP on the controller however i can ping it from LAP

Dear Ahmed,

i have controller with ip :192.168.85.3, when LAP associate with it i see the below error knowing that i can ping the controller from LAP and cant ping LAP from Controller. Also the multilayer  switch can ping controller and LAP

Also the LAP ping on old controller with 192.168.201.10 not found now what is the problem and how to solve it (AP 1130)

Hi Ahmed,

Have you configured any AP policies on your WLC? If so you need to add AP MAC to the list.

"show auth-list" output of your WLC shoud provide the necessary information.

Also how does AP get an IP ? Is it DHCP or static ?

Issue "clear capwap private-config" to your AP & then reload it. Post the complete console output of that to further assist

HI,

Th AP Get IP from DHCP i create it on MultiLayer switch. already i make "clear capwap private-config" more than one time but the problem still exist.and use option 43 to discover the controller.

I can ping AP and Cotroller from Core switch, AP model 1130

Any way i will post the output shows in above
